This course is open to all. It is not a repeat of the previous course on Flannery O’Connor, nor is that course a prerequisite for this course. We will read and discuss O’Connor’s first novel Wise Blood and three of her short stories not covered in the earlier course. I have in mind “Greenleaf,” “The Enduring Chill,” and “The Displaced Person.” Another story being considered: “Good Country People.”
